Prohunter Americas only sells to our dealers and distributors in North and South America. Please contact us if you are outside of the Americas.
 

Delivery Dates

If the item is in-stock in our warehouse, and we receive your order before 1:00 pm Central Time, we will ship the order the same day assuming your payment clears (note: PayPal may take up to 3 business days to clear).  Orders received after 1:00 pm Central Time will be fulfilled the next business day after payment clears.  We ship Monday - Friday, except holidays.  

If there are extenuating circumstances that make shipping your order in a timely fashion impossible, we will contact you.

Orders shipping from our factory generally ship within 4-6 weeks.  We will contact you if the items are not in stock at the factory. Priority Mail shipments will usually be delivered in 2-3 days from the day the item is shipped, but USPS does not guaranteed that delivery schedule.

Free Shipping - Standard Shipping
 

We offer free standard shipping on all products for orders over $500. Your order will arrive within 2-6 business days, from the date your package has shipped.  
 

Free Shipping is only available within the Contiguous US States ( Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories is available at an additional cost. 
 

Express Shipping
 

Express Shipping is only available in the US (Except Hawaii and  US territories). Orders (of in-stock items) placed before 12:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. For orders placed after 12:00 pm CST, please call in to ensure same day shipping. Your order will arrive the within 2-3 business days, from the date your package has shipped. Shipping rates may vary for products weighing more than 25 lb. 
 

Overnight Shipping
 

Overnight Shipping is only available in the US (Except Hawaii and  US territories). Orders (of in-stock items) placed before 12:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. For orders placed after 12:00 pm CST, please call in to ensure same day shipping. Your order will arrive the next business day, from the date your package has shipped. Shipping rates may vary for products weighing more than 25 lb. 
 

Signature Confirmation:
 

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they obtain a signature.
 

Customer Initiated Order Cancellation
 

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing us at dealers@prohunter-americas.com

Right to cancel orders 

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order if we suspect that the order was placed in a fraudulent manner. We also reserve the right to cancel orders that are connected to credit disputes. Orders that will be canceled will be issued a refund the next business day.
